The location of the stall is a food court in the basement. In fact, this food court is quite shabby. It is very different from the fashionable atmosphere of J-Center. Well, I decided on this place for two major reasons.

This Gaisano Country Mall is just halfway from JY Square to J Center, and since 99 RAMEN's business model is to produce and deliver soup and noodles at JY, it is a great delivery route. And since it is a daily route, there are no additional delivery costs.

Next reason is low investment cost and rent

As you can see from this pre-construction property, it is quite small and, I repeat, quite shabby. And it is quite small.

The rent is an amazing 00 pesos. Aside from the fact that the rent is low, of course the investment cost is low since it is a food court. We usually try to recover our investment in three years, but with this Gaisano Country Mall, we think we can recover it in one year.
