island hopping
If you go to a remote island in the Philippines, one of the most popular activities is!
Yes,It's island hopping☺.
Island hopping is one of the most popular activities in Cebu. You can take a boat to a small remote island in the nearby sea and visit several small islands while enjoying snorkeling, BBQ, and other activities unique to that island!
And what's more, this island of Boracay is now a well-known and splendid tourist destination in the Philippines and outside the Philippines. The white beach has many touts along with numerous stores and restaurants.
For island hopping, there are basically its touts or people who are calling out to you with boards with details, so you should talk to them and negotiate with them. Even if you think it is difficult to talk to them, you can talk to them and negotiate with them! (laugh), but you can be sure that you will be approached by people as you walk along the beach.
substituteThe price for an island hopping tour in Boracay Island is around 600-800 pesos. It is.
Basically, island hopping is an early morning gathering, so it is better to make plans the day before rather than the day of the island hopping! *I signed up the night before.
Bulabog Beach
Meeting time may vary depending on each island hopping tour, but we usually meet around 9:00 to 10:00.
There are many such tents lined up in a row, so go to the tent you were told to go to when you made your reservation.
The starting point for tours is the same for all tour companies: Bulabog Beach. Bulabog Beach is located directly opposite White Beach.
I tried walking there once from White Beach, and it takes about 20 to 30 minutes. It depends on the location of the hotel where you are staying, but in some places there are no roads and you have to go all the way around,It is better to go there by cab or tuk-tuk.
PuKa Shell Beach
After completing the formalities, we boarded the boat and headed for our first destination ☺.
The first place we headed to was PuKa Shell Beach!
The waves are strong and the ocean water is very beautiful, although it is not shallow.
Beds with parasols can be rented for a fee.
We were given about 40 minutes of free time to play in the beautiful ocean as much as we wanted! At that time, we left our luggage in the boat. Only the money was kept in the waterproof case of my phone and I took it along with my camera☺.
snorkeling
The next stop was the snorkeling area!
Here you can snorkel if you wish. What? Those who want to?" You may be thinking, "Why? Because it costs money to rent a snorkel set. It costs about 20 pesos ☺.
The Filipino staff, as they were accustomed to doing, dove down to the bottom and scattered bait to collect fish!
We saw small fish and large sea urchins!
It was a fun snorkel time of about 20-30 minutes.
BBQ for lunch on a remote island
After playing around in the ocean, it's finally time for lunch☺!
We arrived at a small island and followed our guide to a lunch place. On the way, children were playing in the river.
Crossing the handmade bridge. It was already sinking, but the children supported it so that it would not sink any further☺.
Cross the bridge and walk a little further and you will see local stores.
It is very lively with people from the same tour, people from different tours, and also locals using the site.
The meal is a BBQ, but instead of grilling meat and vegetables on a grill and everyone saying, "Yay! Instead, skewers are lined up in a row, and you can take as many as you like.In addition to skewers, various Filipino dishes such as vegetables, seafood, and noodles are available for all-you-can-eat and take!
There is a restroom here, so if you need to use the restroom, you can do so during this time.
CRYSTAL COVE
Next, we move on to CRYSTAL COVE.
of this islandThe highlight is the two caves on the island. The only thing is that there is no charge to land on the island and play on the beach. However, CRYSTAL COVE is free to land on the island and play on the beach, but there is an entrance fee to enter the area where the caves are located. The entrance fee is 200 pesos/person. It may seem a little expensive, but if you have come all the way here, I highly recommend it! I recommend it! By the way, it is not a must, but an option, so if you don't want to go in, you can just play in the ocean!
There are various attractions inside, but they are all far apart, so it is quite a walk!Check the meeting time carefully before leaving the area.
Follow the directions and you will see a stairway leading to a cave. When you go down, there you will find the following,The sea is clear and indescribably beautiful☺!
Of course, you can also go in the sea☺The cold water was so pleasant that I wanted to float around in it all the time!
However, the cave was crowded because it is not that big.
After that, we will walk again to the second cave.
There are many scenic points along the way☺.
The water is really crystal clear and beautiful.
After a short walk, there is an observatory before the second cave. From this lookout, you can see far into the distance, and the view was very nice☺!
Then the second cave. Here, too, we descend a flight of stairs.
Then the cave appeared! This one was wider and more open than the first cave and easier to swim in. It is deeper, so there is a string hanging over it, and you can follow the string to the end of the cave☺.
One staff member is always on watch in case something goes wrong.
CRYSTAL COVE, with its caves and beautiful scenery, is highly recommended☺.
Aron Magic Island
Have you ever heard of Ariel's Point? Ariel's Point is a cliff diving point that has been ranked as the No. 1 tourist attraction in Boracay by TripAdvisor. It is a so-called diving point!
This is a new cliff diving site that has recently been built, different from Ariel's Point!
There are several jumps, the lowest jump being about 3 meters. There is a diving board every 2 meters up, and the highest jump was 10 meters.
Only those who decide on the boat whether they want to dive or not will be allowed to land on the island. The rest of the guests watch from a short distance away.
There were about 20 people in the boat I was on, but only about 6 or 7 raised their hands to jump in. Of course, I wanted to jump in too! and landed on Magic Island☺☺.
It's more expensive other than what you see here! LOL!
Here is 10 meters. I, of course, challenge the height of 10 meters☺☺.
When I first stood on the diving board, I was really nervous! And when I finally got up the courage to jump in, it was as if time had stopped for a while, and I found myself calmly thinking, "Hey, I haven't landed in the water yet..." as I jumped... (laughs)
When I landed on the water, I was surprised again by the impact, but afterwards I couldn't stop the excitement, so I tried again and was able to jump smoothly from a height of 10 meters the second time☺.
I want to try 15 meters next time! I'm secretly thinking ・・・・
In a nearby low spot, children were practicing diving!
On the way home we saw a rainbow.
This is the end of the tour. The same boat ride back to White Beach.
And on the way back, I spotted a rainbow!
If you look closely, you can see a double rainbow!
It was a fun island hopping trip with a great ending.
Sunset from White Beach
Once back at White Beach, it's time to relax on the beach.
After all, the sunsets from the beach are very beautiful.
There is an activity to watch this sunset from a bunker boat on the ocean. Many boats were ready on the beach for this time.
The sunset from the ocean is wonderful.
How was it☺? Island hopping tour in Boracay Island! It is a very fun and fulfilling tour, so please join us if you have a chance!
See you★★★
